Cupcake Adventure #???

Due to a sick kiddo and a sick mama, no cupcake to post this week. :(  I hope that I'm feeling better soon.  I have a pampered chef party this Saturday and I hope to make some cupcakes to share.  I think the next cupcake is a buttermilk cupcake with white fluffy frosting.  Doesn't sound too interesting.  Can't wait to get past the basics and see some interesting cupcakes!

Cupcake Adventure #3 ~ Red Velvet Cupcake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting!

Red Velvet Cupcakes!  YUMMMM!!!!!!!!

Here they are before the oven.  The batter was really runny.  I tripled check to make sure I remembered the flour.  There is a cup of buttermilk.  So I think that's why it was runny.

A nice rounded cupcake.  It's very moist.

 These are my daughter Halli's FAVORITE cupcakes.  I think she could eat these all day. 

 She always eats the frosting first.  Cream cheese frosting is yummy.

 Aren't they cute?

I think I may be taking these to church tomorrow. 

 I gave some away today but still have a couple of dozen to go.

Lost tooth!

Halli lost her 2nd front tooth!
A little girl is very excited about the tooth fairy coming! While brushing her teeth tonight she wanted to brush her tooth. She wanted the Tooth Fairy to have a clean tooth. How thoughtful.
