Time to get started! Ingredients are out and ready to go!The ingredients for this cupcake is pretty simple. It did call for golden raisins, but I did not put them in. I don't like raisins and neither do my kiddos.

Cream cheese frosting! YUMM!!!! This frosting is right up there with chocolate.
Martha has you add toasted coconut on top. I had one cupcake with coconut and one with out. It does taste better with. I will have to remember that.
